this is were users, and I will post screenshots of any glitches or other strange things, or other 
gta3 related things from gta3: pc and ps2.

Download center: 
this area is were I put downloads of stuff from gta3, includeing all my past issues of my weekly
publication, and a free SHAREWARE version of winzip, alowing users to unzip my downloads.
