This code is pretty funny. it puts all the pedesrians (including you) on permenant slo-mo, but leving everything else at normal speed. even entering speed up gameplay cheat will not change them. you cant pick up hookers with this on, and all the pedestrians bend over every few feet to take a brether; thus the breathing attack.
